What is the Sri Sri Yoga Course?

The Sri Sri Yoga Course is based on Purna Yoga, which means complete or whole. Sri Sri Yoga explores the true essence of yoga, going beyond just the physical practice of asanas (postures), integrating the vast knowledge of yoga and its philosophy with the practice itself. Students gain not only a home practice but also an understanding of the depth and subtlety that yoga offers in relation to everyday life.

Sri Sri Yoga is suitable for beginners as well as experienced yoga practitioners looking to deepen their practice, and add a new dimension to their daily routine.

Here are some of the benefits:

  • expert instruction in yoga asanas, including the essentials of safe technique, culminating in a practice that can be continued at home
  • learn how to adapt the postures to your own level of flexibility and experience
  • practical application of the vast knowledge of yoga to improve the quality of life in everyday situations
  • learn techniques to release stress and tension stored within the nervous system
  • increased energy level and clarity of mind
